Vessels Center for Meditation, Inc. TAI CHI Tai Chi is an ancient exercise system based upon the fundamental dynamics of movement and change. Its lessons apply to body, mind, and the challenges posed in all life. Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art, but is also a remarkably beneficial practice for general health and fitness - regular practice significantly improves an overall sense of well-being and balance. Tai Chi is appropriate for all ages and accommodates a wide range of physical abilities. This class will focus on health and fitness, but martial arts applications can be discussed and demonstrated according to class member’s interests. Instructor: Antony Widoff
